DESCRIPTION:<p>La <strong>Coupe de France des Region 2025</strong>,
 organisee par la <strong>Federation Francaise d'Aviron</strong>, aura
 lieu a Vichy (Bellerive sur Allier) les 25 et 26 octobre 2025.
 Derniere epreuve Nationale du calendrier de la saison 2025, la Coupe
 de France se court en equipes de Ligues Regionales.</p>
 
 <p><span
 style="color:#27ae60;"><strong>Quelles sont les regles
 ?</strong></span></p>
 
 <p>Chaque ligue peut presenter une ou
 plusieurs equipes dans les categories J16, J18 et senior. Une equipe
 se compose de 5 equipages :</p>
 
 <ol>
 	<li>8+ Femmes</li>
 	<li>8+
 Hommes</li>
 	<li>4x Femmes</li>
 	<li>4x Hommes</li>
 	<li>4x Mixte
 H/F</li>
 </ol>
 
 <p>Chaque equipe doit disputer 2 epreuves
 :</p>
 
 <ol>
 	<li>Endurance 1500 m (J16) ou 2000 m (J18 et senior) =>
 le samedi</li>
 	<li>Sprint 500 m le dimanche</li>
 </ol>
 
 <p>Deux
 classements sont etablis :</p>
 
 <ol>
 	<li>Classement par epreuve, ou
 les 3 premiers equipages sont recompenses</li>
 	<li>Classement
 general des ligues, etabli par cumul des points obtenus dans le
 classement par categorie, par chaque equipe de ligue la mieux
 classee dans chacune des six categories (3 categories x 2
 courses).</li>

 <p><span style="color:#c0392b;"><strong>Suivi
 des courses</strong></span></p>
 
 <p style="text-align:justify;">A
 l'issue des epreuves de la regate de selection LIFA du 5 octobre
 dernier, une rameuse du RCPM a ete selectionnee pour participer a la
 Coupe de France en equipe J16 : <strong>Perrine
 LEVRARD-HEINRY </strong>qui a termine 1ere des epreuves en skiff en
 LIFA. <strong>Elle court la coupe de France avec la collectif LIFA en
 4X J16</strong>. Nous lui souhaitons le meilleur pour sa
 participation a la Coupe de France 2025.</p>
